I feel like for the first time in a long time I got through the training week I had planned and it felt great! I got in two quality workouts (1 on the track/1 medium tempo) and hit 50 miles for the first time in

I’m soooo excited that it’s Friday! Not that my weekdays and weekends are much different at the moment since I’m not working BUT Henri has the day off today so we get to go on a date! I haven’t done a currently post since February
