Back from San Francisco & Training Summary: 4/6/2015-4/12/2015

Henri and I just landed back in Boston from our whirlwind trip to San Francisco. We went for a friend’s wedding on Saturday but also had time to explore (and eat our way through) San Francisco on Friday and Sunday.

I will do a more thorough recap later this week but for now here’s what my workouts looked like this week. I tried to get in as much cross training as possible but was also really busy with everything going on for my grandpa’s funeral and traveling over the weekend. My volume was down a little bit but I think I did a pretty good job of keeping the quality up – AND I got in two shorrrrt runs. Doesn’t get much better than that! 🙂
