When I’m not running I’m usually eating. I plan my long run routes so that Henri and I can meet up for a tasty breakfast, I make dinner reservations for the night before a race months in advance (just ask the peeps I ran the Chicago Marathon with), and I’m always flipping through cookbooks and reading recipes!
