Hello from Las Vegas!
I’m two days into the USATF Level 1 Coaching Course and I am soooo looking forward to today. We’ll finally be talking about the endurance races! Yesterday was all about sprints, hurdles, relays and throws which I current have nothing to do with since the school I work at only has cross country and the distance events in track. I’m looking forward to digging into my favorite events and hope that I can learn some useful things.
As soon as I’m done with my class today we’ll be heading back home so I won’t get the chance to do anything much fun here. Luckily, Henri and Liv have had some fun adventures together like going to the Aquarium at Mandalay Bay.
We’ll have to come back to Vegas some time to actually go to some buffets and/or a show. 🙂
