There is nothing I love more than helping other women achieve their running goals, whether that goal is to run a PR in the marathon, stay active during pregnancy or return to running postpartum. Over the past 3 years I have worked with almost 100 runners and have helped many of them to run personal best! Those of my clients that have trained for a marathon with me have improved their times by an average of 3.8% or 7 minutes, 22 seconds!
The training plans that I create are incredibly customized and specifically tailored for each athlete that I work with – no two training plans are the same because no two athletes are the same. I believe in quality over quantity and preach the importance running your easy runs EASY. * An initial consultation to get to know you, your running history and your coaching needs (may be done via e-mail or over the phone)
* Your workouts will be uploaded to your VdotO2 account on a weekly basis. If you do not have a VdotO2 account I will create one for you.
* Weekly feedback (through Vdot) on your key workouts to assess your performance and progression.
* Guidance on ancillary topics to improve your running performance (ie. running drills, nutrition, race strategy, etc.)
$150/month for 6 month commitment, $125/month for 12 month commitment
