Superbowl 50 Workout

I can’t believe that it’s already Wednesday! Having class Monday-Wednesday nights really makes the week fly by… from the moment I wake up Monday morning I’m busy 24/7 until I wake up on Thursday and suddenly the week is almost over!

This week I’m planning to up my running days to 5 instead of 4 and maybe by next week I’ll bump it up to 6 days but keep my daily mileage pretty low.

Yesterday’s run was 4 miles @ 7:45 pace… some days my runs feel pretty good but then there are days like yesterday that I just feel off. My left hip was tight and my calves were sore but I’m sure glad I got out there!

Today I’m heading to the gym for a little speed workout on the bike and weights.

So even though my beloved Patriots didn’t make it to the Superbowl this year I plan on thoroughly enjoying the game!! I’m heading to Henri’s cousins’ house for a party – where I’m expecting there to be good food and fun times!

Super Bowl parties usually involve a lot of food and sitting around so I threw together a quick Super Bowl workout for those of you that want to get moving a little bit during the 4 hour game!

It’s very simple – every time one of these things happens simply do the corresponding workout. Easy peasy! 🙂
