Well, today was exciting! A new PR for me and two girls I coach qualified for BOSTON!!!

Training Summary: 10/6/2014-10/12/2014 

Monday – AM: 8 miles @ 7:24 pace + 10 mins abs PM: Killer Arm Workout (check in this week for the workout!)

Tuesday – 7 miles @ 7:35 pace

Wednesday – 7 mile hill treadmill workout [2 mile warm-up, 2x .25 mile hill repeats (@2.5 incline), 2x .50 mile hill repeats (@2.0 incline), 2x .25 mile hills repeats (@2.5 incline), 1.75 mile cool-down] average pace – 7:19 

Thursday – 8.5 miles @ 7:36 pace

Friday – 5.5 miles @ 7:20 pace

Saturday – 2 mile ProCompression shake out run 

Sunday – 26.2 miles * 3:06:09 PR!!! * Chicago MARATHON!!!
