Monday – 8 miles easy with 10x 20 sec strides thrown in – 7:16 average pace

Tuesday – 7 mile HILLY run @ 7:25 with Henri (!!!) + 5 minute planks & 50 crunches

Wednesday – 10.62 mile workout [2 mile warm-up, 3x 2 mile intervals w/ 2:30 jogging rest (12:16, 12:18, 12:21), 2 mile cool-down] 6:55 average pace

Thursday – 8 miles @ 7:35 (middle 4 with Henri and his best friend)

Friday – 5 miles @ 7:35 on the treadmill after our 5 hour flight home 

Saturday – 7 miles @ 7:29 [early morning miles before going to cheer on Henri at his goal race!]

Sunday – 16 mile long run @ 7:55
