Training Summary: 1/22/2018-1/28/2018

Happy Sunday!!

Why do the weekend’s always fly by so fast? I’m so not ready to go back to my 4:45am alarm tomorrow morning! At least it’s a rest day though! 🙂

I’m currently sitting on one of my favorite local coffee shops working on this upcoming week’s training for my coaching clients and I thought I’d pop in really quick and share about my own training this past week.

As I’ve mentioned before I’m in a season of training for shorter, faster races and so this week looked a lot different than my training for the marathon last fall. Two FAST workouts and a few strength training sessions. I’m doing a really good job so far sticking to the tweaks I want to make for this training cycle, I love sharing those here because it keeps me accountable when it’s 8pm and I don’t feel like doing my mini-band exercises. haha

Anyways, here’s a quick summary of my runs and workouts this week. Have a great rest of your weekend!
