Virtual Coffee Date

Happy Thursday! The weekend is within reach! 😀

I’ve been way into coffee dates recently! I’ve dragged Henri to two in the past 3 weeks but these things are always way more fun with girlfriends right?? Right!

So pour yourself a cup and pull up a seat, let’s have ourselves a virtual coffee date.virtual coffee date

If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you that…

– I’m counting down the hours until the ProCompression Shake-Out Run on Saturday. Be there or be square!photo 3 (54)

– I got to test out running on an AlterG treadmill on Monday and I can’t wait to tell you all about it (more coming next week!!!!!).photo 1 (50)

– One of the members of my church grows over 1,000 different varieties of Dahlias in her yard and brought in a bouquet for each of the ladies on staff as appreciation. I LOVE my bouquet and think that Dahlias are officially my new favorite flower ever (I really hope Henri is reading today 😉 ). This one is called a Tartan, isn’t it gorgeous?photo 3 (38)

– The apple tree in our yard grew one lone granny smith apple this year. We’re not quite sure how this happened (it’s never grown anything before) and none of us have been brave enough to taste it yet but it was pretty cool to pick it over the weekend. Between the pretty flowers and the apple I want a garden/apple orchard now!photo 2 (50)

– I’ve been eating this pumpkin granola for breakfast everyday this week. #cantstopwontstopIMG_0829

– The past few days Laci has had our morning routine down pat. When I start to put on my shoes and jacket she goes and sits in front of her crate waiting for me to put her in. Such a well behaved little pup!photo 5 (26)

– You HAVE to try Trader Joe’s Gluten Free brownie mix with their pumpkin ice cream on top. I mixed 1 tsp cinnamon, a handful of chocolate chips and a small bag of the pecans into the brownies and they were to die for. If you’ve never added cinnamon to your brownies before you have to try it! (that’s Henri foam rolling in the background… so proud!)photo 1 (53)

– Replace “sleep” with two extra miles of running and you’ve got the reason why I wear a top knot and no make-up to work everyday…. good thing there are 10 other people tops in the office on any given day.photo 5

If we were having a coffee date, what would you tell me?

Do you have a garden?

What is your favorite thing from Trader Joe’s?
