My Pregnancy Must-Haves (as a Mom x3)

Baby Girl’s due date is THIS Sunday and I honestly cannot believe that I am nearing the end of my third (and final) pregnancy!

I consider myself a minimalist in all areas of my life – but especially when it come to pregnancy, postpartum + baby items. There are so many products out there and lots of voices telling you that you need it all. There are very few things that I would label pregnancy must-haves but today I wanted to share those items that have truly earned that title in my book.

Maternity FitSplit by ReCORE Fitness

I used this running belt in both my second and third pregnancies and it really was a game changer for my running and my comfort level while pregnant. I started using it around 20 weeks each time – even before I started feeling discomfort in my back/belly to provide extra support. I credit this with helping me run late into both of these pregnancies comfortably.

I also used ReCore Fitness’s postpartum plan after having Marigold and will be going through the same program again this time around.

Senita Active Maternity Clothes

In my first two pregnancies I didn’t even bother buying maternity active wear. I just wore my bigger shorts + t-shirts and sized up to Henri’s when necessary. This time around I bought a few pairs of maternity running shorts from Senita Athletics and I’m absolutely obsessed! I got two pairs of the Under Panel Maternity Shorts and a pair of the Skin Maternity Biker Shorts w. the 8 inch inseam. The biker shorts have been my go-to this whole pregnancy and I wear them multiple times a week – for everything from running to just everyday.

HOKA Running Shoes

I’m always a HOKA fan but when I’m pregnant I appreciate extra cushion in my trainers even more! My go-to HOKAs are the Clifton and the Bondi.

They’re hard to see but the Cliftons are there!

BaoBei Bralettes, Undies, Leggings + Onesie

I think a good 75% of my maternity and postpartum wardrobe is from BaoBei. Their Adorbe Bralette is absolutely perfect for pregnancy + nursing and they make the most comfortable maternity underwear! I live in their leggings and this pregnancy rocked the ribbed seamless onesie all summer + fall. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the products that I have and I love love LOVE everything I’ve ever gotten from BaoBei.

Thorne Prenatal Vitamins + Iron Supplements

I tried a lot of different prenatal vitamins throughout my 3 pregnancies and the Thorne Prenatal Multi Vitamin + DHA combo has been my favorite. They don’t make me nauseous or have a fishy aftertaste! I also take Thorne’s Ferrasorb Iron Supplement because, pregnant or not, I have a hard time keeping my iron levels up.

Snoogle Pregnancy Pillow

My Snoogle has gotten me through all three of my pregnancies! It’s a must for good sleep while pregnant and has been a really useful tool in the early stages of labor. I cannot recommend it enough!
